Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information with your delivery timing.
Note that orders placed during promotional periods or sales may take longer to ship.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping. Orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Tomboy Hair Care only accepts refunds & returns for unopened items purchased from tomboyhaircare.com. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Tomboy Hair Care does NOT cover shipping costs for general returns. If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please contact us to request a return label.
